Terms of Service
Last updated May 27, 2026
The short version
PinDrop lets you share a link and collect pinned feedback on a live page. By using it you agree to what's below. These terms exist so we can keep the product running without surprises on either side.
Your account
You're on the hook for whatever happens under your account. Keep your password safe, and only put content into PinDrop that you have the right to use. You need to be at least 13 to sign up (older if the law where you live says so).
What you can't do
Don't use PinDrop for anything illegal, anything that infringes on someone else's rights, harassment, or trying to break the service. If you do, we can suspend or close your account.
Your content
Your projects, pins, comments, and uploads are yours. You give us permission to store and display them so we can run the service for you and the people you share with. That's the whole extent of it.
Plans and billing
Paid plans bill in advance and renew automatically. You can cancel any time from your account settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund partial periods unless the law says we have to. If we change prices, we'll tell you first.
No promises about uptime
We try to keep PinDrop fast and online, but we can't guarantee it. The service is provided as-is. If something goes wrong, our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last twelve months.
Ending things
You can close your account whenever you want. We can close yours if you break these terms or if the law requires it. Once an account is closed, we delete the content per the schedule in the privacy policy.
If these change
We may update these terms as the product changes. If the update is material, we'll email you or show a notice in the app before it kicks in. Sticking around after that means you're okay with the new version.
