Everything we’ve shipped.
What’s new in PinDrop, newest first. The job is always the same: someone drops a pin on your live page, your agent reads the full context and closes it.
Review links open on the live site
Reviewer links now open the customer's site directly when the PinDrop script is installed. The review panel runs on the page, so first-party logins and cookies keep working.
Cleaner install script copy
The install modal now shows and copies the PinDrop script as one line, so rich-text editors are less likely to turn indentation into invalid script attributes.
Clearer pin screenshots
Pin screenshots now save up to 1280 pixels wide with lighter JPEG compression. Small text and spacing problems are easier to read when you open a pin.
Pins can be sent to Linear
Connect a project to a Linear team, then send any pin to Linear as an issue from the pin menu.
Console errors on pins
Project owners can opt in to capturing recent JavaScript errors with each pin. Open the pin to see the message and stack alongside the comment.
PostHog widgets match the builder
The builder now previews live PostHog data and filters internal or test users. Copied Scriptable widgets keep the selected day, week, or month range and scale their layout to the widget size.
Early bird feedback special
A private unlock link can grant six months of free Team access to feedback accounts. It includes unlimited projects, pins, reviewer links, and team sharing without a card.
Agents can edit, delete, and reopen pins
Your coding agent can now edit and delete pin comments and reopen a resolved pin over MCP, not just read pins and close them.
Guided first pin
A guided walkthrough now takes new owners from pasting a URL to their first pin on the live page.
Tighter pin-to-fix workflow
A cleaner review interface for reading pins and turning them into fixes.
Step-by-step setup guide
A page that walks you through adding the loader script to any deployed page.
No more blank screenshots
We now catch transparent and mostly-black captures instead of saving a pin on an empty frame.
Selected pin stays in view
Opening a pin keeps its viewport in view, so you don't lose your place when you jump between pins.
Pinned screenshots inline in MCP
Agents get the exact frame the reviewer saw attached to the pin, not just its route and coordinates.
Display-safe screenshot delivery
Screenshots proxy through the app origin so they render reliably across sites and in the thread lightbox.
Re-capture when a pin moves
Dragging a pin to a new spot retakes its screenshot, so the saved shot matches where the pin points.
Reviewer pins across every viewport
Pins show up correctly on a reviewer's first load, grouped by viewport size so a mobile pin lands where it was left.
